Autumn is finally here! The leaves are starting to change and it's warm n' cozy sweater weather! I have officially started the domino effect of fall sessions! With the photogenic scenery and the holidays approaching it's for sure my busiest time of year. I am almost fully booked until January, however I can take one more session in mid to late November if you want late autumn early winter photos. That being said...

This here is Vivi. She rocked her session. She has such a wonderful inviting personality. She wasn't shy. She allowed me to capture her as her real self creating such vibrant and animated images. That evening was just perfect too. It was the peak of Autumn and the light was tremendous. There were a lot of jaw drops as I would occasionally peek at the back of the camera between clicks. Here's some of my favourites from this day!

Autumn Is Coming, And So Are Mini Sessions!

Guys! How are we here again?! Didn't summer holidays just start? My kids and I were at the park yesterday and we collected some red leaves that had already fallen from the tree. I feel like this summer was especially fast. But with the colder evenings and colourful leaves you know what that means...Autumn mini sessions are coming soon! Autumn in Toronto is a very special time to have pictures taken because we have one of the most beautiful Autumn seasons in the world. If you've been on the fence about booking a session with a professional photographer, there is no better time than during Autumn mini sessions. I will of course be announcing them first in the newsletter that will be going out in the next couple weeks, so consider signing up because subscribers always get first dibs at booking and mini sessions always book up! Addison's Cake Smash!

Everyone will warn you that it will go by so fast. They will comfort you on the hard days by reminding you of how soon it will be over and how you'll be begging for those baby days again. It's hard to believe, but then you blink and your baby is one.
I can't even believe that one year ago we were celebrating her arrival with a birth story and a newborn session and now here she is 365 days later embracing baby life while dipping her feet feet in to toddlerhood! That little squishy baby that could easily lay in one of your arms becomes hard to hold with two hands let alone one because one year olds are here there and everywhere.
The next year will likely go faster and the milestones just as epic as you say goodbye to the baby days and hello to the days of strong willed independence. But my goooodness aren't they just the cutest little cheeky monkeys at this stage!?
