Hillary and Andrew are expecting their first baby! I looooove being present for the birth of first babies because I get to watch and document someone experience becoming a parent for the first time and your first time is like nothing else in this world. The love is so overwhelming as you transition in to a parent from the person you once were. You are all of a sudden a mother, or a father, and it's so transparent how the moment you set eyes on your baby that you are forever changed. The birth high is so high and radiates incredibly into the images. So I am so so excited that I get to be there to document these soon to be parents as they experience the best day of their lives!

{birth story}

This mama didn't have the easiest pregnancy so when birthing day came a little earlier than expected (still full term) all was wonderful in the world. When I arrived at NYGH I knew this was going to be a beautiful birth because I entered a room full of so much support and love. This couple also had two beautiful very eager little girls waiting to meet their new sibling! Were they going to have a brother or a sister? It was a surprise for everyone. Ya know, I have noticed more and more people have been waiting until birth to find out baby's gender, and I must admit, the pictures of the moment when baby's birth gender is revealed is always so epic!! Autumn is Here!

It's my favourite time of year! The leaves are starting to change colour! The sweaters are coming out! Everyone is busy with school and a new routine. And so many people are getting ready for the many upcoming holidays between now and the new year! No wonder it's the busiest time of year for photoshoots!!

These pictures below are a few mini sessions I did last year in mid October! I am so excited to see these families again this year! I love my clients! I love seeing how much the children have grown from year to year! But unfortunately if you wanted a mini session and didn't book one, they sold out in 24 hours! Seeing as mini sessions are a very popular event, you may want to sign up for my newsletter this way as a subscriber you'll be notified of mini sessions first, and you'll get first dibs at booking them! However, not all is lost, I do have room for 4 more regular sessions this year, so contact me sooner rather than later because these will get booked up! 

This year is gonna be bonkers in the best way possible! Can't wait to see some of you again, and I can't wait to meet all these new families that have booked!!
